HR manager一名 

·       Developing and leading the HR team in providing a professional and customer focused HR service/support.

·       Establish and implement HR – plan for meeting future skill needs. Responsible for implementing and developing HR-processes; Employer Branding, Recruitment, Remuneration, Competence Development, Management Planning and Supportive processes within the organization. Development and implementation of the organization’s employment framework (policies, procedures, processes and contracts), creating an environment where people want to deliver excellence and creating a strong Employer Brand.

·       Operational support to managers with local staff/HR issues.
Responsible for developing a comprehensive HR toolkit and methods which assists managers in providing leadership and management to their staff.

·       Ensure the company is compliant and updated on all employment law and actively participate in company industrial relations matters.
Responsible for administration and maintenance of employee data, pay and benefits and the provision of management information.
Provision of payroll operation for all employees.
Operation of employee benefit programs, e.g. company cars, private medical insurance, pensions, long service awards, customer service recognition scheme.

·        Initiate and coordinate employee surveys as a way of gaining input from employees on developments in the business and monitoring employees opinions.

·        Managing the process of competence supply planning in accordance with the company methods for competence supply, coordinate management development and succession planning, and unlocking potential to meet business needs.

·        Monitor developments, identify Human Resources good practice and initiate proposals for continuous improvements on a global level.

·       Work according to and in compliance with the Business Units steering documents, e.g. Business plan, Market plan and Competence supply.

·        Profile Required:
Right academic background
Experience as HR manager
English speaking (must be good in writing, speaking)
It’s an advantage with international experience
Familiar with Labor Laws
Familiar with MS Office software
